AyamTech extensions, upgrades and retrofits for equipment and software are there to ensure that your systems are up to date.

Maintenance

We offer comprehensive maintenance programs that define maintenance work and the required spare parts for different stages. The programs ensure the best possible usability and performance of the equipment.
We also provide recommendations for preventive maintenance and spare part programs. Our preventive approach helps eliminate many potential problems.
Repairs
AyamTech industrial and commercial repairs through an extensive network of service centers. In emergencies or during scheduled shutdowns, we will quickly repair and service your equipment.
The refurbishment process includes analysis, repair, testing and full restoration of the equipment to its proper operating condition.
AyamTech can also plan for and provide exchange units to minimize production breaks while maintenance work is carried out. The availability of exchange units varies between products.
We work on the basis that, if something can go wrong, it probably will, and usually at the worst possible time – during the night, over the weekend or on a public holiday. We’re always prepared so you can leave the worry and hassle to us.

Protection & Coordination of Electrical Power Systems
AyamTech provide Three-Phase Power System Design and Analysis including rigorous load flow and voltage drop calculations, impact motor starting, traditional fault analysis, demand and design load analysis, feeder, raceway and transformer sizing, and panel, MCC, and switchboard schedule specification.
Motor Starting Analysis
AyamTech Provide the motor performance test data including torque slip vs. slip, current vs. slip, hot and cold start thermal limits and define the effects of motor starting on electrical distribution systems and find results and methods to improve distribution system.
Arc Flash Hazard Analysis
AyamTech provide Arc Flash Hazard Analysis for Industrial and Commercial power systems to protect electrical workers from electrical hazards and determine the level of personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to keep a worker safe when performing a task, it is based on a specific system configuration.
